Recruitment Consultant
Your Responsibilities include:
- New Business development through cold-calling, market research and networking
- Advise clients development through sourcing of the right talent
- Intensive and careful search for suitable candidates, which includes their identification, assessment and presentation against client requirements
- Advise candidates career progression & development
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
– Degree holder in ANY discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent inter-personal / communication skills
