Responsibilities:

• Create and develop a vibrant rewards/rebate flow-through as a critical portion of the loyalty programme
• Research and analyse spending behaviour of members for enhancement of the rewards system
• Facilitate and coordinate with IT and Finance to build and maintain a viable Rewards tracking and capabilities system
• Work with other sections within the department to create awareness of the capabilities of the system

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in back-end support of loyalty programmes
• Proficient in rewards programme related IT system
