Specialised Customer Service @ Changi Airport
Changi Experience Agents (Up to S$30,000 per annum)
Full of passion to serve? Always find it easy and comfortable initiating conversations with people from all walks of life? Ready to put your excellent interpersonal skills to great use but do not fancy sitting behind the concierge desk?
We have a team of roving service ambassadors at the airport and you may be the one we are looking for to join our A-team!
The ideal candidate
Always Ready to Serve
Attentive to details
Confident and patient when attending to enquiries and requests from passengers and providing stress-free experience to all guests
Converses fluently and confidently in English and one other language
Effective team and individual player
Energetic, outgoing, proactive and able to stand for long hours
Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in the airport or hospitality industry, is an advantage
Well-groomed, professional and service-oriented
Criteria
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with 3 credits (including English), or equivalent
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Only Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, Malaysians and PRC may apply.
