Enterprise Account Manager, Singapore

JOB SUMMARY:

You will assume an integral role to ensure revenue growth and increase market penetration by generating and managing a strong stream of pipeline. Your primary role includes achieving set sales target and proper management of accounts. You will need to identify and establish sales opportunities and strategies, both in the existing as well as new clients.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and drive direct sales into enterprise accounts in Singapore.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of the company products and services.
  • Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process.
  • Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.
  • Generating enterprise business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure of the sale.
  • Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.
  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relations with Lexmark Corporate customers in the designated business areas to ensure the successful meeting of identified sales quotas
  • Realise business opportunities through assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings and managing their needs and expectations.  
  • Co-ordinate the provision of product training for customers                  
  • Seek to participate in customers strategic business/information technology planning process.   
  • Contribute to the company sales planning process by providing accurate forecast volumes.       
  • Generating reports and markets surveys.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales in IT industry
  • Minimum 3 years selling to enterprise
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
