Kian Ho, first established as a sole proprietorship in 1956, is now one of the largest stockists, distributors and retailers of bearings and seal products in Singapore, catering primarily to the replacement market.Kian Ho currently has five sales outlets in Singapore and subsidiaries in Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Australia.The Company is still broadening its products range to suit different market requirements in different countries and is looking for potential candidates to join the company.

IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Administration of desktops, server, network devices (Firewall, Router & Switches), printers and etc
• Installation, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting and managing of hardwares and softwares
• Provide end user IT support for both local and remote locations
• Implementation of IT policies, procedures and standard documentations
• Manage users’ access right & all IT asset inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in end user desktop, networking, server and software support
• Experience in managing, administrating and maintaining of Windows based systems host on a VMWare platform
• Familiar with all Microsoft products: O/S (XP onward), Office (2000 onward), Exchange Server, SQL Database, Active Directory & Terminal Server
• Able to troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems
• Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a team
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
