TRAVEL CONSULTANT (FREE & EASY / GROUP TOUR)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email
• Handling customers travel, flights, and hotel booking enquiries especially customized packages
• Conclude sales and make bookings in Abacus system

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Travel Industry
• IATA / UFTAA Ticketing Accreditation is an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience of Abacus system is an advantage
• Having good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
• Good working attitude and willing to work long hours and weekends where necessary
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communication in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, proactive and energetic
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• A team player with a friendly and outgoing personality
