Production Planner

Qualification/Experience Required:

• O level
• 3 years experience in production

Responsible for/authorized to:

• Review customer purchase orders, quotation and incoming reports before entering into system.
• Create and assemble work orders folders and other related documents.
• Review work orders on the shop floor, receive, process and close completed work orders.
• Create and issue process control routers to the shop floor for production.
• Issue P.O to suppliers and sub-contractors on work related orders.
• Manage and update production status reports (WIP) and dispatch reports to management for review.
• Coordinate work flow with shop floor personnel and outside service contractors
• Update customers and provide updates on schedule and production.
• Interact with all levels of personnel on customer requirements.
• Follow all safety health and environmental policy established by company.
